Tuesday, March 13th at 6:30pm at Mayfair Center, 3200 NW 48th, will be our March meeting. We will be getting an update on our Sign Topper Project, preparing for our Spring Festival and Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31st, deciding on a design for our banner, and passing out newsletters for our members to distribute. Lots going on! Please join us!
On March 31st we will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt and Pot Luck Lunch for our neighborhood! Festivities will start at 1 PM and should run until 3. We will be gathering at Dulaney Park just East of Drexel on 41st. We are also finalizing our Street Sign Toppers order and estimate that we should start seeing them go up this Spring. our website has been updated with new forms and guides for our Neighborhood Watch Program and crime reports are now available. If you are interested in helping keep our neighborhood safe, please sign up to volunteer!
We will be at the Will Rogers Police Training Center this month due to the election. This meeting we will be finalizing the order for the sign toppers, planning our Spring Event, and discussing safety and traffic issues. Look forward to seeing you there!
Neighborhood Watch Patrol Training Registration
Neighborhood Watch Patrol is about neighbors volunteering to become trained observers and reporters in their neighborhood for the local police. Join the OKC Police Department and Neighborhood Alliance to learn more about Crime Watch and Crime Patrol for your neighborhood.
The Crime Patrol program is a committee of your Neighborhood Association.

Our quarterly newsletter for December is being delivered this week. The contents has information about our sign toppers, our December meeting and Holiday Celebration, and some pictures from our Neighbors Night Out Party we had in September. We have a new home at Mayfair Center on 48th and Independence. Our meetings will be held there for now on. Special thanks to Moe Faroz at Mayfair Center for providing this space for us. At our last meeting, we voted on our sign topper design for our neighborhood! We are hoping to get these up by next spring. Our next newsletter should be released the first week of December with information about our Holiday Potluck Celebration. We will be meeting at Mayfair Center at 3200 NW 48th (Old Mayfair Elementary) at 6:30. The meeting will last an hour, but hang around after to get to know your neighbors! We will be meeting with the Mayfair Center management Saturday to determine which room we will be using. We will have signs posted the night of the meeting.
We will be voting on street sign toppers this evening, so come be a part of creating an image for our neighborhood! (Only members who have paid their membership can vote. It’s only $10 a year, so join us!) We will be posting our options soon so you can take a look before and make any suggestions.
Also on our agenda will be preparing for our Holiday Festival we are planning for our December meeting. Come and share your ideas!

Over the next few days we will be distributing our first newsletter and the flyer for our Neighbors Night Out event September 12th. Due to federal law, we can not put these in a mailbox. We will do our best to deliver them, but no 2 doors are the same, so this will be a learning experience for us to determine what the best method of delivery is.
